A very charming presentation by Steve Jobs to the Cupertino City Council on the plans for their new massive Apple HQ, to hold 12,000 people. It will be built as a giant circle.

One particularly interesting idea is that Apple will use their own energy generating systems, and use the city's power grid as their backup, instead of the other way around.
